52nd ANNUAL JIM RAPER MEMORIAL SUPER DIRT CUP

Alger, WA – The 52nd Annual Jim Raper Memorial Super Dirt Cup is just around the corner, on June 20-22, and it is shaping up to be another great year!

Dirt Cup is one of the highest-paying races on the West Coast, offering $62,000 to the winner plus $500 for every lap lead, $300 for 2nd-place laps, and $200 for 3rd-place laps. The three grueling days of racing feature the NARC King of the West 410 Sprint Cars and the Northwest Focus Midgets. We are expecting another exciting car count this year, featuring drivers from all over the West Coast and Canada.

Last year was dominated by Justin Sanders, who took home the $62,000 plus an additional $20,000 for leading all 40 laps of the A-Main ($500 for each lap lead). Sanders was challenged by Dominic Scelzi early and Zeb Wise late in the race, but the California native never wavered from the point. Cory Day swept the preliminary night features and wound-up finishing third on the final night.

Leading up to the 52nd Annual Jim Raper Memorial Super Dirt Cup is the Fastest Five Days in Motorsports, five races in five days all leading up to Dirt Cup. The event kicks off at Southern Oregon Speedway on June 12 before heading to Douglas County Dirtrack on June 13, Cottage Grove Speedway on June 14, Willamette Speedway on June 15, and ending at Grays Harbor Raceway on June 16. All the action can be caught live on FloRacing, including all three nights of Dirt Cup.

Besides the phenomenal racing, Dirt Cup week features plenty of activities for the fans to enjoy!

First, on Wednesday, June 19, leading up to the on-track action, is the 2024 Super Dirt Cup Charity Golf Tournament at Avalon Golf Links. It’s a shot-gun start with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the NARC Benevolent Fund and the Rayce Rudeen Foundation.

Then, on Wednesday evening join us for the Dirt Cup Kick-off Party at the Railroad Pub & Pizza. The party runs from 5 to 8 p.m. and features great food and beverages, a chance to meet some of your favorite Sprint Car and Midget drivers, and music from the Chris Eger band.

Rounding out the excitement, we invite fans to the track for the Fan Fest Party on Saturday, June 22, from 11am to 2pm Meet some of the drivers for one last time before they hop behind their fire-breathing 410 Sprint Cars or Midgets.
