MEETING NOTES: CAR OWNERS MEETING

GENERAL

Driver Insurance:
In 2024, drivers are required to have insurance. This insurance is included in your registration. Pricing will be $125 until May 1, after May 1 it will be $250. Please see the CAP Insurance form for details.

Driver Registration:
In 2024, Car Owner Registration will be completed online. The registration fee is $125 per car. All classes are the same dollar amount, $125. You must be registered to compete. Pill draw will only be allowed for registered cars.

Payout:
Payout will be through Direct Deposit starting with our first race on May 4th. You will need to complete the Direct Deposit form for us to issue your payout. You will receive payout on Tuesday following the race.

SPORTSMAN SPRINTS:
Restrictors / Nozzles
In 2024, Sportsman are allowed to pull restrictors and run long nozzles.

RaceSaver
Starting in 2025, the Sportsman Sprint class will work on transitioning to the IMCA RaceSaver model. There is a planned run-off period where the current Sportsman class will be able to make changes to complete with the IMCA RaceSaver.

HORNETS:
IMCA Sport Compact
Starting in 2025, the Hornet class will work to transition to the IMCA Sport Compact model. There will be a run-off period where the current Hornet class will be able to make changes to complete with the IMCA Sport Compact.

360 SPRINT CARS:
If you run an aluminum block, you will no longer need to have the mandatory 60 pounds of additional weight. You will just need to make the minimum weight of 1525 pounds.
